Tickets


All ages are welcome to the event. Everyone (all ages) must purchase a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All arena standing ticket holders will be issued a wristband upon arrival into the stadium. Wristbands are non-transferable. Performers, artist, and acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, act or any other scheduled performance, person or group is changed or cancelled, and the event still occurs. There is no exit and re-entry in the stadium. All sales are final. Pendleton Whisky Music Fest / Stadium Entertainment LLC. is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten tickets or replacement of armbands. If you are picking up tickets at Will Call, you will have to show your Valid ID. Pendleton Whisky Music Fest / Stadium Entertainment LLC. reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without refund. Cancellation of or impact on the event from an act of God, strikes, epidemics, and any act or order of any public authority or any cause, similar or dissimilar, beyond the control of Pendleton Whisky Music Fest, reserves ticket holder/purchaser no right to refund or exchange, and Pendleton Whisky Music Fest / Stadium Entertainment, LLC is not obligated to provide a substitute performance. NO portable chairs allowed. All tickets include a seat with the exception of arena standing which is standing room only. If you purchased your tickets through the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest official ticketing site and need your tickets reprinted for any reason, please show proof of purchase/ credit card used to purchase tickets and a valid ID at the Pendleton Round-Up Box Office or Will Call window the day of the event.

Etix.com is the official ticketing site for the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest. Pendleton Whisky Music Fest is not responsible for tickets purchased at any other non-affiliated third party websites, as tickets may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and will not be honored by the festival. It is unlawful to obtain or attempt to obtain admission by fraud. All such admissions or attempted admissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

At the time of purchase if you select the standard mail option, tickets will be mailed out one (1) month prior to the event via USPS to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Orders unable to be delivered will not be shipped twice under any circumstances and be available for pick-up at will call. A valid ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets is required for will call pick-up or assistance at the box office. If you select the print@home option, tickets will be emailed out one(1) month prior to the event. Tickets will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. ALL customers will receive a confirmation from etixs.com after purchase is complete to confirm your order.

Age Requirements


All ages are welcome to the concert. Everyone must purchase a ticket to enter the stadium. Local and state liquor laws apply at all times. Valid photo identification must be carried at all times. All patrons may be asked to show valid ID in order to enter and/or purchase alcohol in any licensed area. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the Pendleton Whisky Lounge.




Gates Open


Gates open at 3:00pm with pre-party on-site featuring popular bands, DJ and other activities before the headliner performance.




Prohibited Items


Additional items may be prohibited at discretion of security Bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (including diaper bags and medical needs) Backpacks Car seats or strollers Drones Laser-pointers Firearms / weapons of any kind – Even if you have a concealed weapons permit




Rain or Shine


Pendleton Whisky Music Fest will take place RAIN or SHINE.




Safety


We want everyone to have fun time in a safe environment. All bags, knapsacks, purses, boots, and anything else that a person is carrying are subject to inspection upon entry into the stadium and other festival secured areas. Security will be tight entering the stadium. All people attending Pendleton Whisky Music Fest do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with the event. Any violations of festival policies will be subject to immediate removal from stadium and/or camping grounds and subject to fines according to state and local ordinances.




Outside Food & Beverages


Food and beverage cooler/carry-ins are not allowed into the stadium, no exceptions. No personal food or beverages (including but not limited to outside alcohol, soda & water) of any kind are permitted inside the stadium. This includes flasks, bota bags and other beverage containers.




Smoking and Drugs


Smoking is permitted in designated areas ONLY. No drugs or drug paraphernalia allowed. If you bring them inside the stadium or to other designated festival areas, you will be ejected from the event.




Recording Devices


No video cameras or any professional cameras of any kind are allowed inside the stadium. This includes SLR cameras with removable lens and Go-Pro recording devices. Digital cameras (non-professional) are allowed. Anyone in violation of this policy is subject to removal from the grounds.




Pets


No pets allowed inside stadium, festival grounds, parking lots or campgrounds aside from service animals.




View Obstructions


No umbrellas, flags, inflatable balls or others items that may block the view of concert fans.




ATM Machines


Credit cards are not accepted at the event. ATM machines will be on-site




Why is PWMF rescheduling Eric Church AGAIN?


Due to current state restrictions on capacity limits, Eric Church and Macklemore have been rescheduled to perform at the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest in 2022 before a full capacity crowd. In accordance with the current restrictions in the State of Oregon, @PendletonWhiskyFest will now welcome 12,000 fans on July 10th, 2021. The new line-up of artists will be announced Friday, May 28th.




When is the new Eric Church and Macklemore show scheduled?


Pendleton Whisky Music Fest 2022, featuring Eric Church and Macklemore, will now take place at the Pendleton Round-Up rodeo grounds on July 9, 2022. How Do I Get a Refund due to event being rescheduled to 2022?


Opt. 1: Ticket refunds will be honored through Friday, June 11th, 2021 and current ticket holders will receive an email with details regarding the ticket refund process. Opt. 2: We're sorry to hear that you are unable to make it to the 2022 date. All current ticket holders will be given priority access to purchase tickets to see the new 2021 line-up beginning on Thursday, June 3. Who is replacing Eric Church?


The new line-up of artists will be announced on Friday, May 28. Keep an eye out for the news, you are not going to want to miss it!




Can I use my current ticket for the 2021 show with the new line-up?


Tickets purchased for the original line-up featuring Eric Church and Macklemore will be honored for the new date in 2022 with no action required. Tickets for the new 2021 line-up, which will be announced on 5/28, will go on-sale on Friday, June 4, and all current ticket holders will be given priority access to purchase tickets to see the new 2021 line-up beginning on Thursday, June 3.

Pendleton Whisky Music Fest will follow all recommended health and safety guidelines outlined by the CDC and local and state government and other health officials in order to facilitate a successful event this July. Will there be water available at the event and can I bring my own water bottle?


Attendees are allowed to bring 1 empty water bottled allowed into the stadium. Ice cold Desani water is also available on-site for day of the show.
