Food and beverage cooler/carry-ins are not allowed into the stadium, no exceptions. No personal food or beverages (including but not limited to outside alcohol, soda & water) of any kind are permitted inside the stadium. This includes flasks, bota bags and other beverage containers. Attendees are allowed to bring one-sealed water bottle into stadium. Ice cold Dasani water will be available on-site day of show along with food and beverage vendors.

Bring cash, credit cards not accepted day of show. To avoid ATM lines, come prepared with cash before you arrive to stadium. If you need more cash, ATM's will be on-site throughout the stadium.

All ages are welcome to the event, Everyone (all ages) must purchase a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. There is no exit and re-entry in the stadium. Delivery of tickets and wristbands- At the time of purchase if you select the standard mail option, tickets will be mailed out one (1) month prior to the event via USPS to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Order unable to be delivered will not be shipped twice under any circumstances and will be available for pick-up at will call. A valid ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets is required for will call pick up or assistance at the box office. All customers will receive a confirmation from tickets@pendletonroundup.com after purchase is complete to confirm your order. Party Pit and Premium Arena Wristbands- Patrons who purchase a party pit or premium arena ticket will receive a QR wristband delivered by mail 30 days prior to the event or at will call, based on the selection you make during the checkout process. The wristband will be your official ticket to gain entry into the event. Do not lose or damage your wristband. Only one replacement wristband will be available for $10. Replacement can only be issued at on-site box office day of event, by the original purchaser. Patrons will not receive any other type of ticket. ID will be required from purchaser of the order to pick-up wristband or receive a replacement. Please note: No etickets or mobile tickets will be issued for this event! All tickets will be physical stock tickets or wristbands. Accesso/Showare is the official ticketing site for the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest. Pendleton Whisky Music Fest is not responsible for tickets purchased at any other non-affiliated third-party websites, as tickets may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and will not be honored by the festival. It is unlawful to obtain or attempt to obtain admission by fraud. All such admissions or attempted admissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you purchased your tickets through the Pendleton Whisky Music Fest official ticketing site and need your tickets reprinted for any reason, please show proof of purchase/ credit card used to purchase tickets and a valid ID at the Pendleton Round-Up Box Office or Will Call window the day of the event. All sales are final, Pendleton Whisky Music Fest/Stadium Entertainment LLC, is not responsible for lost stolen or forgotten tickets. Pendleton Whisky Music Fest/Stadium Entertainment LLC reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without refund. Performers, artist, and acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, act or any other schedule performance, person or group is changed or cancelled, and the event still occurs. Cancellation of or impact on the event from an act of God, Strikes, epidemics, and any act or order of any public authority or any cause, similar or dissimilar, beyond the control of Pendleton Whisky Music Fest, reserves ticket holder/purchaser no right to refund or exchange, and Pendleton Whisky Music Fest/Stadium Entertainment, LLC is not obligated to provide a substitute performance. All ages are welcome to the concert. Everyone must purchase a ticket to enter the event. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcohol and enter the Pendleton Whisky Lounge. All patrons maybe asked to show valid ID in order to enter and/or purchase alcohol in any licensed area. You must be 16 or older to enter the Party Pit.

Pendleton Whisky Music Fest will take place RAIN or SHINE.

We want everyone to have fun time in a safe environment. All bags, knapsacks, purses, boots, and anything else that a person is carrying are subject to inspection upon entry into the stadium and other festival secured areas. Security will be tight entering the stadium. All people attending Pendleton Whisky Music Fest do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with the event. Any violations of festival policies will be subject to immediate removal from stadium and/or camping grounds and subject to fines according to state and local ordinances.

Smoking is permitted in designated areas ONLY. No drugs or drug paraphernalia allowed. If you bring them inside the stadium or to other designated festival areas, you will be ejected from the event.

No video cameras or any professional cameras of any kind are allowed inside the stadium. This includes SLR cameras with removable lens and Go-Pro recording devices. Digital cameras (non-professional) are allowed. Anyone in violation of this policy is subject to removal from the grounds.

No pets allowed inside stadium, festival grounds, parking lots or campgrounds aside from service animals.

No umbrellas, flags, inflatable balls or others items that may block the view of concert fans.
